Fruits start out white, ripening to yellow, orange and finally bright red for a variety of colors on each plant! Unripe fruit is mild and slightly tangy; ripe fruit is delicious fresh or traditionally dried and ground for Hungarian paprika. Compact plants are loaded with fruit.
