We’re looking for thoughtful, hardworking individuals to help bring this experience to life. Whether you’re greeting guests, running pizzas, or working the oven, every role helps shape the experience.

This is not your typical restaurant job—you’ll be working outdoors on a farm, alongside a collaborative, purpose-driven team.

We’re hiring part-time, seasonal roles, with additional opportunities to join us for special events.

  • FRONT OF HOUSE — Guest Experience Associate

    Role: Ordering & Farm Store Point of Sale

    • Serves as a key point of contact for guests
    • Sets the tone for hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere
    • Operates point of sale for food and farm store purchases
    • Takes orders and serves initial beverages and sides while coordinating with crew to maintain smooth, efficient flow of service
    • Contributes to an engaging, memorable, and authentic farm experience


    Compensation: $15/hour + pooled tips

    Shift Schedule: Fridays, June–August | 3:00–9:00 PM

  • BACK OF HOUSE — Pizzaiolo

    Role: Wood-Fired Pizza Baker

    • Manages the oven and maintains the fire
    • Bakes pizzas with precision and consistency
    • Communicates with FOH and BOH crew for flow of service


    Compensation: $17/hour + pooled tips
    Fridays, June–August | 3:00–9:00 PM

    Role: Pizza Prep & Assembly

    • Prepares and assembles pizzas and sides
    • Maintains cleanliness and organization
    • Supports overall kitchen rhythm
